Our Story

Headed up by Jorge Hernandez Pastor from Valencia, Spain who has been based in Dublin over the past 20 years head cheffing in various well known Spanish restaurants in the city. La Ribera is the place where he grew up just outside Valencia city surrounded by rice fields and orange groves. La Ribera Catering offer a taste of this Iberian Authentic Valencian cuisine and pride of the 'Paella' from this region.
